The honest pitch
This is not a holiday subsidy, and we would not pitch it to your CFO as one.
The six weeks before the race are the part that actually does the work. Registration, participation, training-group attendance and completion are all countable, so the programme arrives with numbers attached rather than a photo gallery and a hope.
Training groups form on their own once there is a real date to aim at. People who have never spoken across functions end up running together on a Tuesday morning, and that is a harder thing to manufacture in a meeting room than most engagement budgets admit.
Leadership participation signals something that a townhall slide cannot. A founder on the start line at 6am, visibly finding it hard, is worth more internally than any amount of wellness messaging.
The five days in Kashmir are the payoff, not the point. If the six weeks before them are done properly, the trip is the thing people remember. If they are skipped, it is just an expensive offsite with hills.
An offsite measured in finish lines, not meeting rooms.

What the programme covers
- Week 1
- A private registration page for your people, medical-readiness guidance, and launch copy written for you rather than left to your comms team.
- Weeks 2–6
- An optional engagement calendar, a coach session, an opt-in leaderboard, and city training groups that form on their own once there is a date to aim at.
- Race week
- A team captain, a hotel pod, dedicated transfers, a private briefing, and separate routes for runners and non-runners.
- After
- An optional co-branded dinner and kit, plus a completion report you can put in the HR file.
- Billing
- Consolidated contracting. One invoice, one manifest, one escalation owner.
Published bands, so procurement has something to work with.

Not a broad quote. A thirty-minute scope call.
We will ask what the programme is actually for, how many people and in which cities, what kind of culture we are working with, what room standard your policy expects, which budget cycle this sits in, whether leadership will take part, and how it fits any existing wellness policy.
You will leave the call with a shape and a number, or with an honest reason why this is not the right fit for your team this year.
